Finally, it's been a long time since the last Cover Story on chapter 528. And the new Cover Story starts at chapter 613, From the Decks of the World. It looks like Oda take a world reaction about revival of Strawhat Pirate.

There are many villagers, Major Woopslap, and Makino that carry a baby (i wonder what a lucky guy who marry her). Looks like they're celebrate about revival of Strawhat Pirates, except Major Woopslap. He look so infuriated as usual.

The bandits and Dadan are celebrating the revival of Strawhat Pirates. They wears a strawhat to appreciate Luffy and the gank.

- Nojiko, Genzo, Johnny, Yosaku, and the villagers at Cocoyashi Village.

- Crocus and Laboon at Twins Cape

- Dr. Kureha and Dalton at Drum Kingdom

- Vivi, King Cobra, Pell. Chaka, and Igaram at Arabasta Kingdom

- Iceburg, Kokoro, Eks-Franky Families and Galley-La Shipwright at Water 7
