Merfolk, known as Mermen, is a half-fish human. Just like Fishmen, many humans consider them as a lower creatures. Long ago, pirates come to they habitats and caught and sell them. Commonly, Merfolk's upper body is just like normal humans. The difference between Merfolk and human is Merfolk didn't have a leg, except a fish tail following it's type. But, Minister of Right is an exception. He's head is just like a sea horse. I have pairing picture of Merfolk and it's type. Here you go.
